Compensation £50 for the next tour with Explorer.co.uk

A letter arrived from Explorer, giving a £50 voucher for the next tour with them. Voucher has to be used by sometime next year. A limited apology somewhat. Once damaged done, I am really not sure about returning to the hand that bit me for another exotic holiday.
